What a colorful poster! I like the fact that when I click on it, I can see a much larger version. When I look at the much larger version, I can very clearly read everything that the students have written. I was impressed with how well they wrote in English.
I think the students had a wonderful time at the Teen Holiday Camp!
The photo could be a good prompt for either writing or speaking practice. Those who attended the camp could give a summary of what they did. Those who didn't attend the camp could make conclusions, based on the information on the poster, about what might have happened, or they could make guesses about the kinds of healthy food that the campers ate, the activities that they participated in, where the camp was held, and so on.
I like your use of photos on this blog. The photos not only add visual interest but can also serve as the basis for many types of activities.
